There are three good courses within easy reach of Los Cristianos - |

A Go Kart track can be found at Guaza near Golf del Sur. |

Originally a parrot park, it has grown into the island’s second most popular attraction after Teide. Designed for the protection of endangered species, it houses a range of exotic animals, including dolphins, gorillas, tigers, sea lions etc. The largest penguinarium in the world can be found here where the Antarctic climate is reproduced and 12 tons of snow falls daily. Loro Parque is quite expensive, but well worth seeing. |

There are a number of scuba diving schools in the area catering for both the beginner and the experienced diver. |

All manner of water sports from windsurfing to snorkeling and jet skis are available in the area. |

Boat trips |
|
Boat trips can be arranged locally for whale and dolphin watching and also fishing trips. |

Monkey Park |
|
Just north of Guaza, which is between Los Cristianos and the airport, is the Monkey Park. The park is dedicated to the reproduction of species in danger of extinction. Big cats and birds, as well as monkeys can be found here. |
